Working out what to name your new company is always an issue and it can be frustrating to think up a great name only to find it is not available. Now, a short Internet session should make the whole process easier.
Yesterday, Companies House introduced a new ‘Company Name Availability Search’ which will allow those wanting to set up companies to ascertain straight away whether the company name they are considering using is likely to be available. If so, don’t forget to check that the appropriate Internet domain is also available!
