Our client, a long established and traditional law firm based in modern offices in Plymouth are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy & expanding Residential Property department.
The successful Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor will handle their own caseload of Residential Conveyancer matters including; Sales & Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Property Development and Residential Leases on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.
The successful Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Residential Conveyancing and also undertake business development through attending networking events and relevant conferences. Excellent client care skills are essential for this role as you will be dealing with them on a daily basis.
