My Client is an award winning and leading Law Firm in Yorkshire and has offices across the region. They are also a Legal 500 full service recommended law firm. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
The Role:
Dealing with a full caseload of Residential Property matters, to include sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, deeds of variation, postponement and new build transactions.
The candidate:
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and the ability to run a busy case-load under minimal supervision, from initial instruction through to post completion. You will be an excellent communicator who exercises high standards and places great importance on client relations.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience; the firm offers a great benefit package as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
