Welcome to our January 2021 Newsletter and a very Happy New Year to all our readers.
We have been receiving a number of happy messages from our clients reporting that they have received the first dose of the vaccine and looking forward to coming back to see us in the office as things hopefully start to be permitted moving into the spring. This is giving us hope of course but we continue to assist bereaved clients in dealing with the estates of relatives that have sadly died. Our thoughts are with anyone currently struggling and we will always do anything we can to help.
In the meantime since Christmas we have had lots of snow and ice for a couple of days, near floods and now on top of everything else we have had a big brass doorknob stolen from our front door here in Paradise Square. Could anyone with any information please contact us!
In this months news we are featuring a story about client feedback and communication. We always learn from feedback received and many of you will have had our questionnaires to fill in towards the conclusion of a job. All feedback is read, discussed and acted upon in an attempt to constantly improve. If however there is anything that we might have done to annoy or upset you then we would like to know immediately to attempt to put it right. We would never do anything to deliberately upset or annoy any of our clients but on the (thankfully rare) occasions we have received any negative comments, it is more often than not down to expectations relating to communication.
In our current times, with some of our colleagues working remotely and as effective communication can become more difficult despite all modern technology, we are trying even harder than ever to maintain our levels of service.
If there is anything in this month’s newsletter that you have any questions about or if you would like any additional information then please give us a call on 0114 272 9721 or check out our website www.lfbbsolicitors.co.uk
