lfbb-march-2021-newsletter LFBB March 2021 Newsletter

Good morning, good afternoon or good evening to all our readers and welcome to our March 2021 Newsletter.

This month we are highlighting some of the nastiness that our clients and our business face.  There are some not nice people out there always looking to take advantage of the vulnerable or those so busy that they could just miss something or get drawn into something fraudulent.  The most common fraud at the moment relates to hackers intercepting emails and engaging with a person and ultimately providing a change of bank details when money is going to be paid.  If anyone from anywhere contacts you and says that the bank details have changed, please stop immediately, do not make payment and spend some time investigating the matter.  We would never email a client to change our bank details.

In other news, our financial planning friends are reminding us to make sure that we pay attention to the soon to be upon us tax year end.

In the coming months, as the world starts to return to business, we hope to bring you more stories from our clients, contacts and friends of the firm to highlight what they have to offer.  It’s going to be challenging for us all as we progress through the summer and we should all try to do our bit to help local businesses recover.

As always, if you have any questions relating to anything you read in this newsletter or if you would like to have a chat about any legal matter, then please just give us a call on 0114 272 9721 or drop us an e mail.  By all means check our our website and watch this space for some big news  (well we think so) next month.
