lfbb-newsletter-june-2024 LFBB Newsletter June 2024

Good morning, afternoon and evening to all of our readers and welcome to LFBB’s June newsletter. We’ll be bringing you updates on legal matters, articles and news from our corner of Paradise Square.

Whether it’s the Euros (come on England!) or the upcoming UK election, (come on… any decent politician!) June has been a busy month. Tensions are high in the office at present and not just because the coffee machine is broken. We have a Euros sweepstakes underway with a prize pot in excess of £10 up for grabs! But if you’re not bothered about football or politics, hopefully you will find something of interest in our newsletter.

This month we’ve handed the writing reins (keyboard) over to Will Teasdale. His first article for the newsletter, “I Apologise in Advance” takes a look at UK Apology Law. Could saying sorry land you in more trouble than you realise? Read on to find out.

We’re also going to give a big shoutout to Emma Bray (daughter of partner Paul Bray, the man who puts the second “B” in LFBB). At the end of June, Emma is taking part in the charity event The Big Walk in support of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Research at the University of Sheffield. Best of luck to Emma from everyone at the firm! We will let you know how she got on in next month’s newsletter. For more information on Emma’s big walk, please follow the link: https://www.justgiving.com/team/rna-biology-big-walk.

As always, we are dedicated to assisting our clients efficiently and professionally. If you need help, get in touch by giving us a call on 01142729721 or by following the link: https://www.lfbbsolicitors.co.uk/.
