lfbb-september-2021-newsletter LFBB September 2021 Newsletter

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening to all our readers.  Welcome to our September Newsletter.

It has been a busy month here at LFBB and our managing partner has also been busy meeting clients and contacts here in Sheffield and in London.  Those of you born and bred in Sheffield will no doubt check cutlery and metalware of all descriptions for the word “Sheffield” wherever you go – Rich Francis has also been known to take photographs.  Earlier in the month he was at Pewterer’s Hall London, the home of  The Worshipful Company of Pewterer’s, where met the current Master Pewterer Chris Hudson for lunch and a tour of the Hall.  Just last week Rich had the privilege of attending the Cutler’s Feast at Cutler’s Hall, the home of The Company of Cutlers in Hallamshire.  The current Master Cutler Nick Williams hosted this ‘white tie’ evening and it was reported that Rich had never been seen looking quite so smart.   Rich also met The Master Carpenter, the Master Turner, The Master Barber (the Company now made up of mainly surgeons) and the Master Fan maker (air conditioning systems). For anyone interested in these  organisations, their trades and the Company’s established through Royal Decree or Legislation, clicking their name above will provide more information.

In other news, we are proud to announce our sponsorship of the Hillsborough Puma Whites under 15s football team.  Edward Cambell, the son of one of our colleagues is a tenacious and tidy right back for the team and we are pleased to be able support Ed and the team.   They won at the weekend in a cup game and we will report results here as the season progresses.  We hope they have a really successful season.

From Left to Right: Rich Francis, Edward Cambell, Paul Bray & Daniel Flowers.

There is lots of legal news featured below and if anything in this newsletter raises any questions or concerns then please just get in touch on 0114 2729721.  Please also check out our website by clicking here and if we have recently helped you with any legal work then please leave us some feedback here.

Thanks for reading and ’til next time, everyone at LFBB Solicitors wishes you well.
